When you set up your Thatch account, you'll be asked to connect your bank account. We'll use this information to automatically deduct your monthly healthcare and platform fees from your bank account.

Thatch bills you twice; once for the healthcare premiums (on the 15th of each month)and once for the platform fees (on the 1st of each month).

No, you only pay for employees who choose to enroll in benefits on Thatch. For instance, if an employee obtains benefits through their spouse's employer, you will not pay any fee for that employee.

We integrate directly with the majority of popular payroll providers, including Gusto, Justworks, ADP, Zenefits, Quickbooks, and others. We do this via direct authentication using your username and password. Thatch can help set up other payroll providers (like Patriot, Paycom, etc.) with you directly as well. Every other payroll provider is supported via payroll files, which we generate automatically.
