Our partnership with ADP allows us to integrate with your ADP payroll system, reading data and simplifying the ICHRA administration experience.

Thatch only costs $45 per enrolled employee, per month. This fee includes everything you need to offer ICHRA benefits to your team.

Each month, Thatch looks at the insurance plans your employees have selected. The monthly premiums are added up, and you are invoiced for the total amount. Your bill also includes the amounts your employees spent on their Thatch card for other healthcare expenses (if enabled).

You will always be billed for the full amount your employees spend on Thatch, including any amounts over their allowances. However, you will recoup any amount employees have spent over their Thatch allowance through payroll deductions.

Your Thatch payroll settings are controlled by ADP. You can set the frequency of payroll deductions to align with your payroll schedule.
