Most partners go live within 4–6 weeks. The core integration — creating employers, adding employees, and embedding the onboarding iframe — typically takes a few days. The remainder is usually time spent on testing, internal review, and any custom UI work your team wants to do.

Your platform handles employer and employee data — we provide the APIs and components to manage benefits. Thatch handles ICHRA compliance, carrier relationships, plan selection, employee support, and all ongoing benefits administration.

You need basic employee info (name, date of birth, address, employment start date) to create an employee record. Dependents can be added with their own date of birth and relationship type. Thatch uses this data to surface age-rated plan options.
